Frequently asked questions

Is MediFind Tokyo free?

Yes. We never charge patients. You pay only the clinic, directly, for your treatment.

Do I need to speak Japanese?

No. Send the request in your language, and we match you with a clinic that can handle it.

How quickly will I hear back?

The partner clinic contacts you by phone or email to confirm one of your preferred times. If your symptoms are urgent, choose the earliest slots available.

Can I use my travel insurance?

Usually yes, by claiming afterwards: pay the clinic, keep the itemized receipt, and submit it to your insurer. If you want cashless treatment, contact your insurer's assistance hotline first.

What about medicine?

If the doctor prescribes medicine, you pick it up at a pharmacy and pay the pharmacy directly.
